The HUINING Reverse Osmosis Membrane Kit features advanced membrane film technology and manufacturing processes, delivering high-quality and consistent RO membrane elements certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 58. With a high permeation flow and a 97% TDS removal rate, these membranes can efficiently remove contaminants such as heavy metals, including fluoride, calcium, magnesium, lead, colloids, chromium, and nitrates, as well as organic matter, rubber materials, and other harmful minerals.

The RO membranes have a filter size of 11.75"x1.75" and are made of Polyamide Thin-Film Composite, with a micron rating of 0.0001 μm, enabling high-efficiency filtration. The HUINING RO Water Systems offer water-saving features, with a pure water to wastewater ratio of approximately 1:1, saving both water and energy.

To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to use a Carbon/Sediment Pre-Filter if the water is chlorinated, as the residual chlorine can damage the membrane. If the water hardness is too high, it is advised to install a water softener before the RO unit. The HUINING RO membrane is compatible with various RO systems, including APEC, AXEON, Dow Filmtec, Express Water, and FS TFC.

Each HUINING RO membrane kit includes 1 RO membrane, 1 RO membrane housing, 3 1/4" connectors, 1 wrench, and 1 raw material belt. It is recommended to rinse the new membranes for 30 minutes before use and store unused RO membranes in a cool, dry place.

The HUINING RO membrane provides a yield of approximately 8 glasses (8oz cups) of water per gallon, which can be obtained in around 15 minutes by simply opening the faucet of the RO purifier. The installation process involves connecting the water inlet, waste water outlet, and purified water flow using the provided connectors and tightening the membrane cover and end cap.

HUINING offers various RO membrane kits with different flow rates, including 50GPD, 75GPD, 100GPD, and 150GPD, as well as a 2PCS 75GPD membrane option. The membranes have a recommended replacement cycle of 15 months and are made of durable Polyamide and Polypropylene materials.
