Depending on your water quality and water use, this system can provide you and your family up to a full year of clean water with no pressure loss. The first stage is a sediment water filter that removes sediments, dust, sand, large particles, silt, dirt, and rust. The second stage is a carbon water filter that uses high-quality coconut shell carbon to remove up to 99% of chlorine, as well as color, cloudiness, and various taste and odor compounds. The third stage is an iron and manganese reducing filter that efficiently reduces iron (max 3.0 -> 0.01 ppm) and manganese (max 1.0 -> 0.01 ppm).

The system features a peak flow rate of 15 GPM, a minimum working pressure of 25 psi, and a maximum working pressure of 80 psi, with an operating temperature range of 40-100°F and a pH range of 6-11. It is designed for easy DIY installation with a 1-inch NPT inlet and outlet.

If your water hardness is above 3.5 gpg or 60 ppm, it is recommended to install a water softener (such as iSpring WCS45KG) before the water filter system for optimal performance. This whole house water filter system does not remove Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), so if you need a system that removes TDS, please consider our reverse osmosis systems.
