The MewMore 100 GPD RO Membrane with Housing offers a friendly design and easy installation. This product includes a 100 GPD RO Membrane, a 12" x 2.0" Membrane Housing, a Wrench, Quick-Connect Fittings, and a Check Valve.

The 100 GPD Reverse Osmosis Membrane can produce 100 gallons of purified water per day at a feed pressure of 60 psi. The dry TFC RO membrane is sealed in packaging, maximizing its shelf life and making storage more convenient.

This high-efficiency RO membrane features a 0.0001 micron TFC layer that can remove up to 99% of impurities while maintaining a high permeated flow. It can effectively remove heavy metals, organic materials, rubber mass, harmful minerals, and other soluble salts from the water, including lead, chlorine, fluoride, nitrates, arsenic, asbestos, calcium, sodium, colloids, magnesium, and chromium.

The MewMore reverse osmosis membrane filter is made of 100% food-grade, high-capacity Thin Film Composite (TFC) material, meeting the NSF/ANSI 58 standards. It has a stable salt rejection rate of up to 97%.

The membrane housing is composed of Fiber Reinforced Polypropylene (FRP) and ABS, while the sealing material is NBR. These food-grade, lead-free, and BPA-free materials ensure a non-toxic and odorless water-filtering experience.

The MewMore RO membrane typically has a service life of 2 to 3 years, depending on the average feedwater quality and incoming water pressure.

For optimal performance when using this product in a Maple Syrup reverse osmosis system, it is recommended to maintain a work pressure of 100 psi. Additionally, it is suggested to heat and maintain the raw sap at 104°F (40°C) to prevent clogging of the membrane, while keeping it below 113°F (45°C) to avoid damage due to excessively high temperatures.
